What you'll learn

#INSIGHT ONE

Why it could be 100x better to be a LiDAR Engineer than a Computer Vision Engineer, and what LiDAR Engineers do inside companies (not only LiDAR Engineers are more rare, but they also are given cooler work, we'll do a list of this)

#INSIGHT TWO

The step-by-step, month-by-month roadmap I would follow to become a LiDAR Engineer by summer 2024. (and yes, this can apply to complete beginners, even though they will take a bit longer)

#INSIGHT THREE

The typical LiDAR Engineer profile I noticed after training hundreds of LiDAR Engineers, including from companies like Mercedes-Benz (warning: some profiles are highly recommended NOT to join LiDARs, we'll discuss that too)

Note: While this Roadmap has worked for many engineers I followed in the past, it cannot be guaranteed to work with just everyone. As we'll see in the presentation, a certain background is required (for example, in Computer Science), and a commitment to spend time learning skills and working will be expected. No magic potion, just a plan that worked for many, and that hopefully will work with you.
